Anthony was great when he was filling in at the Wilkinson Blvd , Charlotte, NC location #08601. He was very patient with me when I was deciding which unit I wanted. It was cold and he rode around the whole lot looking for the right one.

Stopped by this store a few days ago to get some quotes and see the storage in person. Lauren was just a great help when it came to answering all my questions and reassuring everything.

Customer service was great, I came in to inquire about a storage and I wasn’t sure what size I would need. The property manager Ashanti help me out a lot and she showed me some unit. I definitely will return!!!

I went to the this location to review some storage options and Lauren helped me out by explaining the dimensions and what could likely fit in my unit. While this location didn't have the size I needed, Lauren pointed me in the direction of a store that did have one available. Thank you!

I came in to aquire information about a storage unit after a long day at work the manager of the store, Ahshanti, was excellent, well manored, and helpful. She was quick with giving me all information about a unit. Definitely will return and recommend to others.

I’m not sure of the spelling but Atwana has been very kind and patient. It is hard getting thru to a different location via phone so it routes to this one. She always picks up quickly and tries to help as much as she can.

Atwauna @ Public Storage really went above and beyond. We traveled from Asheville to get to this unit and she was amazing to deal with. Not only is she professional but she is genuinely kind. It was a great experience all around!

I was not able to reach anyone in the office, but when I called I got Tina and she was very helpful with getting me the correct information for renting another unit at this location. Thank you Tina.

This public storage is on Wilkinson Boulevard the people in there are very friendly and nice and I like their prices so if you haven't gone there before to me is the best place the safe place to call home for your belongings if you haven't gotten a storage there and you need a storage right now they close I think at 5:00 so you have to go before 5:00 noon time to get you a storage space if you don't really know how to go about picking the Right storage space for the right amount of stuff that you have just tell them how much stuff you have that needs to be moved into a storage space and they will help you to make a good suggestion on which one to get that's what they done for me and I like my storage space very well much so and they will make the adjustments for you to pay online or come in and pay my card if you can't pay on the date that they sit for you you can tell them that the date doesn't suit you because you won't be able to pay it on that date then they will suggest that you come in and pay and if the door is locked when you get there and you know it's still early and it's not 5:00 just be patient because they do be out on the golf cart riding around making sure that no one has broken in to any other storage spaces out there and they do ride around on the golf cart keeping the property clean
